Tessabee is in beta and free. There are no payments yet, so there's nothing to cancel or refund. This page will be completed before paid plans start, and you'll be asked to agree to it before you're ever charged.

What we're planning

We want paying for Tessabee to feel fair and simple. Here's the approach we intend to take. The final version may differ in the details, and it'll be published here before anyone is asked to pay.

A free trial, with a reminder email before it ends. Cancel during the trial and you won't be charged anything.
Cancel any time in the app, in a few clicks. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
A full refund within 14 days of your first payment, or of a yearly plan renewing, with no reason needed.
After cancelling, your boards stay read-only for 30 days so you can download them or come back. Then they're deleted.
If something goes wrong on our side, such as being charged by mistake, we'll put it right.
