Tessabee

Terms of service

Last updated: 16 October 2026

Tessabee is in beta. It's in early testing, free, and open to invited testers only. These terms will be updated as we get ready to launch, in particular when paid plans start. We'll tell you about any important changes before they take effect.

These terms are the agreement between you and Tessabee when you use the service. Please read them. They're written to be understood, not to catch you out.

1. Who we are

Tessabee is run by Michal Draszewski, a sole trader trading as Tessabee. You can contact us at [email protected]. Business address: being set up, coming soon.

2. The service

Tessabee is an online board for organising tasks and ideas. Your boards are saved to the cloud and kept in sync across your devices.

4. Plans, prices and payments Coming soon

Paid plans aren't available yet. Before we ever ask for payment, we'll publish the full details here (the free trial, prices, reminders, cancelling and refunds) and ask you to agree to them. Nothing will be charged without your agreement.

8. Fair use

Please don't use Tessabee to:

Fair-use limits. Each account can store up to 2 GB of files (up to 25 MB per file) and up to 20,000 cards, boards and other items. These limits are far above normal use. They exist so that one account can't slow Tessabee down or run up costs for everyone else.

Deliberate misuse. Don't try to get around these limits or overload the service, for example with scripts, automated uploads or by splitting files. If you deliberately do, you're responsible for any costs or damage it causes us, and we may suspend or close your account.

If someone breaks these rules, we may suspend or close their account. Unless it's urgent or the law stops us, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to put things right.

9. Our property

The Tessabee name, logo, design, built-in cover illustrations, website, demo and screenshots belong to us. You may use them as part of using the service, but please don't copy them for anything else.

10. Keeping the service running

11. Our responsibility to you

If you're using Tessabee as a consumer (for yourself, not for a business)

If you're using Tessabee for a business

For everyone: nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.

12. Changes to these terms

While Tessabee is in beta, these terms will change as the service grows. For important changes, we'll tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you don't agree, you can stop using Tessabee and delete your account.

13. The law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.

If something goes wrong, please email [email protected] first. Most problems can be sorted out quickly.
